Time-Lapse Tuesday: Plaza de Armas in Cusco

February 16, 2016 G Adventures

Cusco’s Plaza de Armas pulses as the beating heart of a modern metropolis, while looking back to its roots as the hub of the Incan capital. Back then, it was known as the “Square of the Warrior”. The name may have changed, but the rainbow coloured flag of Tahuantinsuyo proudly flies today, representing the four corners of the lost Inca Empire.
