There are many reasons to travel. Sometimes it’s to get away, sometimes to experience and learn about different cultures. Sometimes, however it’s for adventure. If you’re like me and strive for a life full of experiences away from the normal tourist spots, Costa Rica had better be on your short list. Take note of these action-packed activities that this thrilling country offers up: ziplining, whitewater rafting, tree climbing, cliff jumping, jungle trekking, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving... the list is virtually inexhaustible. Here’s a collection of images that I snapped on a recent Costa Rica trip there where I can safely say that I met adventure head-on.
