What makes the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu so magical? Is it the feeling of triumph after 4 days of careful trekking which end at one of the most important ruins on our planet? Is it the feeling that with each step forward, you’re actually going a little further back in time? Whatever the reason, it’s the type of travel that most of us look for: the “bigger than us” moments. Pics of the week: The Inca Trail.
