Time-Lapse Tuesday: People Watching in Lima

May 17, 2016 G Adventures

For many travellers, people watching is the best entertainment money can’t buy, and one of the easiest ways to get a feel for a city. There are opportunities to size up the locals all over Lima, from the city’s Plaza de Armas to Miraflores’ boardwalks — and one of the best is the downtown’s Jirón de la Union. Located in the Historic Centre of Lima, this pedestrian street was made for leisurely strolling, shopping and people watching.

Lima’s locals are also welcoming and friendly; you won’t just want to gawk at them, you’ll want to get to know them, too!
