This week, we explore the concept of wind, be it in the sails of a boat off the coast of Croatia, guiding a hot-air balloon over the plains of Tanzania, beneath the wings of a soaring Arctic tern, turning the blades of a Greek windmill, and delivering the blessings of prayer flags in Nepal.
